Concordia Lutheran Ministries is celebrating 130 years in service to God and His people. The organization evolved from a small, safe haven for orphan children to one of today’s premier continuing care retirement communities in the nation. Concordia Lutheran Ministries offers a full continuum of care, which refers to our system of providing complete services to our clients, patients and residents. The “continuum” of services includes Adult Day Services, Assisted Living, Home Health Care, Hospice, Medical Equipment, Medical Services. Rehabilitation Services, Retirement Living, Skilled Nursing, and Tele-CareGivers, a free service that makes daily phone calls to homebound individuals to ensure that they are able to answer their phone.
